Begin by selecting the mirror option that best suits the level of engraving you envision, whether its subtle detailing or full artistic coverage. Once your purchase is complete, you'll be invited to a private one on one consultation call. This is where we dive into your story together, uncovering the meaning, inspiration and details that will shape your custom piece. Its more than just an order. Its a collaborative journey toward creating something deeply personal and timeless.
At this stage, we don't offer international or overseas shipping due to the high cost and risk of breakage when transporting mirrors. However, we regularly travel across to Australia and can fulfill orders during these trips. If you are based overseas and are interested in placing an order, feel free to reach out. Were open to arranging international orders if there's enough interest or multiple pieces ordered.
Each custom mirror is unique, so timeframes can vary depending on the size of the mirror and the amount of engraving involved. On average the process takes 4-6 weeks from the time your order is confirmed and paid. More detailed or large scale pieces may take longer, but we will always keep you updated throughout the journey.
No, payments are non-refundable. Your deposit acts as a confirmation of your order. Once we recieve it, we immediately begin the process by ordering your mirror and the materials needed to complete your order. This ensures your spot is secured and your project can move forward without
Yes, we welcome custom requests for specific design elements, shapes and cultural patterns. We understand that each iwi/region has its own unique flows. stories, motifs and we do our best to honour that in our work. All designs are created based on the artists interpretation of your request and nothing is engraved until the final design is confirmed with you. This ensures the piece reflects your story while staying true to the integrity of the art.
